VIAGRA's prescribing information prohibits use with nitrates or nitrites in any form, or guanylate cyclase stimulators such as riociguat, because blood pressure may fall further. Is Epiq Quad stronger than Viagra?
Nothing in the evidence here shows that. A longer ingredient list does not establish a stronger result. The evidence comes from VIAGRA, which contains sildenafil alone, and its prescribing information says combining sildenafil with other PDE5 inhibitors, sildenafil's own drug type, or with other erectile dysfunction treatments has not been studied and may lower blood pressure further. So the sources reviewed here do not establish superior efficacy for the Epiq Quad combination over sildenafil, and they do not show it matches sildenafil either. What is supported is sildenafil's own effect on erectile function.
