Where can I see current Sequel pricing?+
Check the current Sequel listing and checkout for the price and payment details of the option you are viewing. For an existing purchase or plan, check the details in your account. If you need help identifying a price, tell Sequel support which option or purchase you mean.
How do I check my Sequel order or earlier purchase?+
Sign in to your Sequel account to view your orders. If you need help, contact Sequel support with the order reference. Account ownership must be verified before order details are discussed. Tracking and delivery estimates depend on the selected order. Delivery estimates may change.
How do I request cancellation with Sequel?+
Contact Sequel support to request cancellation. The team needs to check your purchase terms and current order or subscription status before confirming what can be canceled. A cancellation request is not a completed refund.
How do I check a refund for my Sequel purchase?+
